Deter and prevent illegal aliens from entering and remove all illegal aliens present in the U.S. “Seal the borders and maintain the sovereignty, territorial integrity, and security of the United States by repelling forms of invasion including unlawful mass migration, narcotics trafficking, human smuggling and trafficking, and other criminal activities.” (Trump, Executive Orders 14165 & 14167)

2. Suspend refugee program (Trump, Executive Order 14163).

3. Birthright citizenship GONE. The Fourteenth Amendment has always excluded persons who were born in the United States but not “subject to the jurisdiction thereof” (Trump, Executive Order 14160).

4. Hiring based on race, sex, or religion GONE (Trump, Executive Order 14170).

5. DEI programs GONE (Trump, Executive Order 14151).

6. There are two sexes: male and female. A woman is an adult human female. A man is an adult human male. A female is a person belonging at conception to the sex that produces the large reproduction cell. A male is a person belonging at conception to the sex that produces the small reproductive cell (Trump, Executive Order 14168). NOTE: it’s amazing we need to codify basic biological facts, but here we are. A hundred years from now people will shake their heads.

7. Screen all aliens who are attempting to enter or have entered the U.S. Stop foreign nationals from countries that have poor screening processes. Protect the American people from foreign nationals who try to undermine our freedom of speech and free exercise of religion, who preach sectarian violoence or “the overthrow or replacement of the culture on which our constitutional Republic stands,” or provide aid, advocacy, or support to terrorists (Trump, Executive Order 14161).

8. 90 day pause foreign aid (Trump, Executive Order 14169).

9. Stop U.S. government from interfering or asking third parties to interfere with citizens’ freedom of speech (Trump, Executive Order 14149).

10. Withdraw from World Health Organization because of their bungling of the WuFlu pandemic (Trump, Executive Order 14155).

11. “Faithful execution of the Immigration Laws…End the presence of criminal cartels, foreign gangs, and transnational criminal organizations throughout the United States, dismantle cross-border human smuggling and trafficking networks, end the scourge of human smuggling and trafficking, with a particular focus on such offenses involving children.” No federal funds for sanctuary jurisdictions. No public benefits for illegal immigrants (Trump, Executive Order 14159).

12. America First: U.S. foreign policy “shall champion core American interests and always put America and American citizens first” (Trump, Executive Order 14150).

13. Designate drug cartels as terrorist organizations (Trump, Executive Order 14157).

14. Low-flow showerheads and dishwashers that take forever to clean GONE (Trump, Executive Order 14154).

15. Rename Gulf of Mexico to Gulf of America (LOL), reinstate the name Mount McKinley (Trump, Executive Order 14172).

After a 6 week review we are officially cancelling 83% of the programs at USAID.

The 5200 contracts that are now cancelled spent tens of billions of dollars in ways that did not serve, (and in some cases even harmed), the core national interests of the United States.

In consultation with Congress, we intend for the remaining 18% of programs we are keeping (approximately 1000) to now be administered more effectively under the State Department.

Thank you to DOGE and our hardworking staff who worked very long hours to achieve this overdue and historic reform.
